About

Hi — I'm Will Crouch.

I founded Bayesian Consulting to help operations and finance teams turn data into better decisions. With an MBA and a Master's in Applied Mathematics, my work spans machine learning, statistical analysis, time series forecasting, model review, and optimization through linear and quadratic programming.

Once an approach is validated in research, I partner with engineering and operations teams to translate models into the systems that actually need them — ERPs, dashboards, planning tools, and production pipelines — so the analysis doesn't end at a slide deck.

Based in Miami, FL. Available for project-based and fractional engagements.
